At The Adaptive Yoga Resource, our practice goes beyond movement: it’s about fostering emotional balance, building confidence, and empowering you with practical skills.
We work with individuals of all abilities, including those with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities, and chronic illness.
We welcome individuals of all ages and abilities with a wide range of support needs and diagnoses. Our programs are designed to be inclusive of, but are not limited to, individuals with autism (Levels 1–3), ADHD, ADD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, paralysis, multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's disease, dementia, traumatic brain injury (TBI), cancer, and other physical, neurological, cognitive, or emotional support needs.
Our one-of-a-kind adaptive approach fosters functional movement, social-emotional learning, empowerment and engagement for every yogi. We offer uniquely customized modifications and practices thoughtfully designed to align with each individual’s needs and goals.

Through live interaction, you'll receive real-time feedback, connection, and expert guidance, along with valuable tips and techniques tailored just for you. This format fosters a lasting, supportive relationship with your instructor, helping you stay motivated and accountable. The flexibility of remote sessions means you can practice from the comfort of your own space, with the added benefit of a personalized connection that empowers and inspires your wellness journey.

15-Minute Video Consultation: Meet with us to discuss your needs, goals, and preferences so we can plan your upcoming sessions.
30-45 Minute Sessions: We aim for all sessions to be 45 minutes long. However, to accommodate individual needs, we allow a 15-minute flexibility window for late arrivals, early endings, or attention-related challenges.
Follow-Up Email: Within 24 hours of your session, you will receive a concise summary of our work together, along with a practical tool to support your practice throughout the week.
Investment: For $99.00 per session, you'll receive a personalized yoga experience with key takeaways, and a custom wellness practice designed to support you throughout the upcoming week. This tailored approach ensures your needs and goals are met with care and expertise.
